Our teachers help children understand the expectation for reasonable behavior by discussing, giving examples, and redirecting children to appropriate activities.
Each classroom implements Montessori-based strategies. We use other methods of instruction in the classrooms as we see fit for each group of children. Montessori-based strategies include observation of each and every student in the classroom.
Application for Employment. Our minimum job requirements are: Loving children, contributing to a positive work environment, following lesson plans, keeping classrooms tidy and sanitized, and being a hard worker!
